Private Lessons
 

Private lessons involve one on one instruction and extensive analysis unique to each player that will help them improve their game. For beginners, focus is mainly on stroke mechanics and mastering the proper technique. For more advanced players, there will be drills tailored specifically for an individual that you take your game to the next level

Groups
 

These lessons and drills are designed for small groups and tailored to a specific skill category, ranging from beginner, intermediate and advanced skill levels. This is a good opportunity to get to socialize and meet new tennis enthusiasts while learning the game

Strength and conditioning 
 

Stretching, flexibility and conditioning are key elements that help in achieving the desired results both on and off the court. Both static and dynamic stretching are key elements to improve flexibility and strength. This is complimentary to all clients after the private/ group lessons
